ALMEX-BG has its own service facility to perform warranty and post-warranty service and maintenance of equipment of Xylem. The main types of products repaired and serviced in our facilities are dry and submersible pumps, mixers, UV systems and ozongenerators. Our service base is located in the northern industrial zone of Plovdiv and is equipped with all the necessary tools, appliances, machines, elevators, benches, and other documentation for performing quality repair. In the service facility we are using only original spare parts from the manufacturer. The service facility is certified to perform repairs and maintenance of equipment Flygt (Xylem). The certification is renewed every two years, as auditors from Xylem are verifying and auditing the training of personnel, tools, documentation, logistics of spare parts and consumables, safety and others. Personnel receive annual training courses in the respective factories for equipment, owned by the manufacturers. The service base offers light trucks and specialized transportation vehicles.

The main objective of ALMEX-BG is to conduct quick quality repairs and maintenance of equipment, so as to provide the user of the products with the best possible performance, maximum reliability and long product life. ALMEX-BG has long-term contracts for repair with some of the leading companies in the mining and chemical industry and also some of the water operators.
